Putting contents of excel cell dynamically on website

OK, I need to have the calue of a single cell of an excel website inserted
into a table on my website. This needs to dynamically change whenever the
value of the excel file changes.

It would also be nice if I could open, edit and save the excel file from the
website but I can do it via a hyperlink - clumsy but it works.
