In Outlook 2002, if a column in the messages view had more text than what showed, three dots would appear at the end of the visible text, and, if I put my mouse over that text, a "tip" would appear to show me the entire text. Now, in Outlook 2003, the three dots still appear at the end of the visible text, but the "tip" no longer appears, and I can't find a setting to make it appear. Does anyone know how?
