If you are familiar with the Project Server security model, and how it
impacts what people can see and do, then you will need to do the following:
1. Create a new Group containing this resource
2. Remove this resource from any other Groups that are allowing him/her
access to Project and Project Center views
3. Create a new Category and include the new group in this Category
4. In the new Category, allow access to all projects and to Project views
and Project Center views that do not contain cost information
The next time this resource logs into PWA, he/she will be able to see only
the Views you have allowed him/her to see. Hope this helps.
