PWA - creating a dynamic formula

I understand somewhat that PWA is a mere static project page of last
published. I want to create a dynamic of an indicator "Project was las
modified within 10 days" on PWA Project Summary view. Is this doable? I can
create the indicator above under Projec Professional 2003 task level.

Also, does the formula field [Last Published] exist? I know of [Last
Update]. Thanks.
