PWA Login Issues

I've been using PWA and Project Professional for several months now
without any login issues. However, recently my windows network
password changed and now I am not able to get into PWA (Project
Professional still works fine) - each time I try to login, I am
prompted by a "Connect to ...." window, prompting me for a user name
and password, but my login is not being accepted. I can escape out of
this one for the most part, but when I try to change a view, the whole
browser hangs until I close out everything.

Any ideas on how I can begin trouble shooting?
