PWA User Login Issue...

Hi everyone, I have a VERY strange issue with a user trying to access PWA. We are running 2003 with all the latest SP's.

When this user tries to access the PWA home page, the page loads, but a login dialog box pops up. You have to click ok (even after checking the box to remember password) repeatedly and eventually it goes away and he has access. But, any time he navigates to any other location, it starts all over again. This process never stops.

I have validated all of his settings and we currently use Windows Authentication exclusively. He has IE 6.028 SP2. Oddly enough, he is the only person that we have seen this particular error.

Paul -

We had a similar issue. I validated all the IE settings, resource
account settings, etc. Nothing seemed to work, but it wasn't an error
from Project Server, so I kept giving it back to the network people.

They finally gave it to desktop, who determined that she had IE
configured to run Netmeeting or something like that. Once that was
turned off, the problem went away.

Thanks for the very positive feedback! I am happy that solved the
problem. I had posted the same issue and couldn't get a response (or
one that worked anyway) and I know how frustrating it can be.

Can you tell me how I would go about turning this NetMeeting off? Many of our
users are having the same issue. Thank you in advance.
