PWA Users info VS PWA Share Point Users Info - does not match

I have 2 problems - may be some linkage.
1. IN PWA Admin Modify Users - there are 2 users which I am comparing to
Users in PWA Admin Manage Share Point Sites - Manage Users for which the
email info for those 2 users is Null - Where is the info for the Manage Users
in PWA Admin Manage Share Point Sites being pulled from? Appears to not be
same as the normal PWA Admin Manage users.
2. Have a user that I tried to add to a Share Point Site - Manage Users -
Group - says this person is already there but when viewing list of users this
person is not showing up. Using PWA Admin Manage Share Point Sites Site
administration..... However, this user is not one of the 2 mentioned in
number 1 above.

Any suggestions on where or what to look for resolutions would be most
appreciated. If I win the Lottery, you would be near the top of my list for
return favors!

Hi Jackie,

Have you syncronized the user info between PWA and SharePoint site?
If not, please do by using the Manage SharePoint sites option.

PWA user will be associate with one or more of following groups in
SharePoint site.

Project Managers
Team Members
Readers

If user is added explicitly in custom group of SharePoint site, that
particular user info is local to SharePoint site only. Custom group
users in SharePoint sites are Active Directory users and not
necessarily to be in PWA.

Hello Chak,
thanks for your prompt reply. I tried the sync option several times before
sending the post. As of this morning our IT Manager found a problem within
the primary Share Point Services application server. Something out of sync
between it an our NT domains. All is ok now.
