PWA will not work after logging off

I have just setup MS Project Server 2002 with Web Access
on a W2K Server w/ SQL 2000 and all the latest service
packs.

I have setup id's in PWA for NT Authentication. When I
login to a pc with that users id and password Web Access
opens straight up and logs in the user. However if I say
logoff and then try to login as that user or another it
will say username or password is bad error message.

Any help on how to solve this would be appreciated.

Andy:

When you logout, you're presented with a logon screen that is ready to
accept a Project-Server-Authenticated account, not a Windows account. To
logon again, simply load the site by using the base URL, make sure there is
no other characters past the base.
