Q about NOTES in PWA--please help....

hi,
one of the PMs of our company came to me to say that the notes that he
types in MS Project are not displayed in the Projects that he drills down on
in PWA. he cannot view any notes in the tasks that he has added in MS Project
in PWA. i have added the notes field in the view but it only displays the 1st
line. is there a way to make PWA display more than one like or better yet,
have a pop up when the task is clicked to display a window with the note in
it. please help. thanx in advance.

The notes are completely visible to the PM in question when he/she opens the
project in Microsoft Project Professional. The problem you describe with
viewing task notes in PWA is a limitation of the system. I am not aware of
any 3rd party add-on that allows the viewing of task notes in PWA, but you
might explore the following site to know for usre:

Since Ed Morrison has attempted to answer your original question in the
