Q: How to select all cells of all the worksheets?

My problem is to "auto-adjust" size of the columns of all the worksheets of
a .XLS file.
Now, select of the cells of a single worksheet, then I select the options
that adjusts the columns size, but I have to iterate this for all the
worksheets.

Is it a way to select all cells of an .XLS file?

Hi
try grouping the sheets first. That is hold down the SHIFT
key and select your worksheets. After this apply your
formating
