QFE to Project Web Access

Hello,

Does anyone know where I can download the QFE to Project
Web Access that provides the ability to select a group
row in the Project Center view then click the "Open in
project professional" button and be able to get a temp
Master Project?

I tried downloaded the lastest upgrades to project server
in general, but it didn't provide that functionality.
