Question about Office 2003 Academic License

Hello,
I recently purchased Office 2003 Academic Version. This
is not the Student and Teacher Edition. The users manual
says that it can be installed on one computer however the
EULA says that it can be legally installed on 2
computers. Can someone clarify this issue for me? Thanks
