QUestion mark ? display on first char of email

[hw]

Hi,

I receive an email from a user who send mail from OWA. the mail display on
my system always have a question mark displayedon the first char of the
email. if I do a forwarding, the question mark will dissapear. Anyone
encounter this problem b4? I am sure the problem liaise with the sender
site. But I cannot figure out what is the problem so far. Anyone can help on
this?
