After a certain point in a document, random spaces appear in the 15 or so
characters of each paragraph title. I must of hit some key combo or normal
..dot messed up? Help

Does this look like this in Print Preview and do they actually print badly
spaced as well?

Please let us know the version of Word and OS and are they all fully patched
up to date?

(window washer)XP Pro and Office XP (Word 2002) All patched and up to date.
Does not show up in print preview, doesn't occur on front side first page,
printer HP 2015dn. Did MS detect and repair for Word, cleaned drive temp
files, shutdown & restart all no help. Copied over network to other laptop
and printed just fine (Office Pro 2003). The doc has also been on Home
computer with Office 2007 (docx). It is sync btwn my laptop and desktop.

This suggests a shortcoming with the display driver rather than with Word,
although there may be a compatibility option that may resolve the issue. I'm
not actually certain if this is applicable in Word XP (I didn't keep Word XP
from very long because it was so badly bugged). Under Tools, Options,
Compatibility tab, check the option for 'Use Printer Metrics to lay out
Document'. I'd also check that you have the graphics driver from the
manufacturer's support site and install it.
