I formatted my hard disk and reinstalled Windows 2000. When I went to
install Office 2KPro, I realized that I have the Upgrade package. I have
been upgrading this since 95 and have no idea where the original install
disks are.
I have my original install CD for Office 4.2, but it did not have Access
so when I tried to run the Windows 2000 Office Pro, it wouldn't install. I
think I have the diskettes for the original Access installation, is there
something on the diskettes that I could copy onto the hard disk that would
make the upgrade happy without having to install the ancient version?
IOW what is the upgrade looking for to satisfy the access part of the
install upgrade?
TIA
