Re-sizing data labels in a chart

Is there a way to re-size data labels in a chart?

I have a detailed pie chart with data labels.
I need to stretch the text box on a couple of them so
that the text is in s single line, but when I select
them, it only allows me to move them around, not resize
them.

Any ideas?

Unfortunately, there's not. Best bet is to ungroup the chart or instead
simply use textboxes and input the info for the data labels then type them
in manually.

That's what I ended up doing, thanks.

I find it hard to believe that such a simple feature is
not implemented (there are already bounding boxes around
the text).

*sigh* Yet another feature to put on the I-Can't-Believe-
PPT-Doesn't-Have list.
