read outlook 2007 document in outlook 2003

Need to read Outlook 2007 in Outlook 2003. Is there a utility to do that?
How do I access it?

Use Outlook to open the email message, unless I'm misunderstanding the
question. It shouldn't be an issue to open an email created in Outlook 2007
that is received in Outlook 2003.

If this is not what you're trying to do, please clarify.
