reallocate resources doing so by priority

I need to reallocate resources so that a priority 1 task (that is 3 tasks
linked and will take 8 days) is completed before a priority 4 task (that is
only 1 task and will take 1 day). I have assigned the priorities and when I
level resources it has priority 4 completed first.

Hi Danyelle,

The higher the priority number, the higher the priority.
The highest priority is 1000, the lowest 0.
