Reassigning Office 2007 Standard Upgrade Licence to new laptop

I have just purchased a new laptop and am wanting to take the Office 2007
Standard suite and load it onto the new computer. Is it as easy as
uninstalling from the old and then going through the install process on the
new one? The license agreements states that you can reassign to another
device, however, I have been unable to locate any exact information on the
how to.

I purchased Office separately in January as an upgrade. As an aside the new
laptop did not come with Office, but Works instead.

Uninstall from the old system, install on the new. You will probably have to
use the telephone activation method.
