recall email

I want to recall an email. Help says to open the message
and then go to messages menu and click on Cancel message.
However there is no such option in the messages or the
tools menu

Message recall works only with Exchange server. And to be honest, it rarely
works even then.

 

[Guest]

Open the message and go to the Actions menu, select
the "Recall this message" option. This only works if your
mailbox is on an Exchange server.
