Receiving Duplicate emails

I am receiving duplicate emails from one of my customers, he does not know why. I have looked at the properties, but not sure what to look for. It seems like any other incoming email.

I am having the same problem and it's only with the same
consistent individuals. They are sending me one email and
I get it anywhere from 2-5 times at once.

Any ideas?

I know and they don't know what's up. I don't think this individual's company has any IT people. It only happens with this one person.
