Receiving email

Unable to receive email from 1 person.Able to send it, but
when they reply, I never get it.

Check your mailrules and/or spamfilter settings.

Other than that post more info like Outlook version, mail service being used
(Exchange, POP3, IMAP, HTTP, other...) and the steps you took already to try
to resolve the problem.

Thanks, I checked the mail rules & there was a rule that
prevented it.
