Receiving OK, Can't Send

I can receive in outlook 2000, but I can't send. I use
this as a contact manager. My outlook express works just
fine. My ISP says all is well on there side.
Any thoughts?

Is Outlook set up to authenticate to your ISP's SMTP server if required?

You might check your account settigns.
