Recenlty hyperlinks in emails are blocked and do not work

Recently I have exerpienced an issue with hyperlinks in my e-mail. When I
pick on it it goes to a window with files folders like it wants me to pick a
location for an executable program. Also if I hover over the hyperlick is
says blocked in front of the link. Any help out there?
