Recieving a message with attachment and I can't view message body

I have received two messages that have an attachment that I can open, but I
can't see the message in the body of the e-mail. It says it is in plain text
at the top, I have tried to change to HML, but it is greyed out. I forwarded
to my yahoo account and I can see the attachment and the message body there?
Any suggestions to get it to work on outlook
