recipients not getting attachments

I have Outlook 2000 and when I send an e-mail with an
attachment, the recipients get the e-mail but without the
attachment. It doesn't matter who I send it to. If I
send the same e-mail through Outlook Express it works
fine. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook with no
success. Any suggestions?

Make sure you use HTML or Plain Text format when sending messages to Outlook
Express users, or users of any other e-mail client besides Outlook. Don't
use Rich Text format, which is proprietary to Outlook and will cause
problems for other recipients, one of which is that they won't get your
attachments.

What mail format are you using? Try plain text to try to isolate the
problem....
