Recover Deleted Items

I've been using Outlook 2003 for a month now and all is great. One thing I
noticed is that after I empty out my Deleted Items folder and want to
recover a deleted item, the Recover Deleted Items From - Deleted Items is
empty. Where are they? Worked great under Outlook XP.
