Recovering a file

I accidentally saved over a completed project with an older completely
different project. Is there any way I can retrieve the one I just did? I need
all the help I can get. Thanks!

If you are using VISTA there is some hope of finding a previous version. If
though you are in XP or earlier I'm afraid it's probably gone for good.

Too late now but Shyam has a great sequential save add in.
