Recovering a permanently deleted distribution list

I permanently deleted (shift delete) one of my big distribution lists of
email addresses. Is there any way at all to recover that? Please help.

Not unless it was in an Exchange mailbox or you have a backup of your .pst
file.

My distribution lists have mysteriously disappeared...this has happened 3
times now for no apparent reason. They are there one day and gone the next
(over a period of weeks). Any clues as to what's going on?
