Recovering Deleted File

Using Word 2003
I accidentally deleted a file. Is there a way to get it back? Thanks.

Look in the Recycle Bin on the Windows desktop. It's probably still in
there.

And if it isn't and the space it occupied hasn't been overwritten, you may
be able to recover it with File Recovery software, of which there are
umpteen examples.
