I'm using Outlook 2002 but it is probably the same or
very similar to 2000. You can move items from the Deleted
Items folder three ways: (1) Drag the item you want to
recover to a folder in the folder list or on the
Outlookbar. (2) Click Edit on the Menu Bar and click Move
to Folder... (3) Right click item in Deleted Items folder
and click Move to Folder...
