Recovering Deleted Word XP File

I recently deleted a Word File that was password protected
on accident. I was able to recover the file Easy Recovery
Pro, however, when I went to open the file, instead of
asking for a password, it asked for encoding type. There
was no password window. I know what the password window is,
but I do not know how to get the window to pop-up asking
for the password so I can view my document again.

If it was previously deleted and later recovered then it sounds like
it's beyond the state of recovery. IOW, the document is lost. :-(
