Recovering website from CRASH

While updating my website (www.yorktownrevolution.org)
Frontpage 2002 crashed. It sent an error report and
restarted. Now I am not able to open my web in
Frontpage. The folder list displays only the name of the
web and no other folders. When I open up the individual
pages they are shown as not part of the web...
How do I reestablish the website's navigation
structure?? My back up is two weeks old and many
changes have occured...

1) In Windows Explorer Find and delete all FP Temp Files
2) In Windows Explorer Find and delete all hidden *.web files
3) Have your host check / repair / reinstall the FP SE
