recovery of outlook contacts

Can anybody help with recovering my Outlook XP address book apparently
deleted when I was ridding my system of Spyware?

Explain why you think so.
Outlook does not even use an address book. It uses Contacts Folders. Are
your Contacts Folders all gone? What is it that you are missing?
