Recurrent email with attachment

I have a user who wants to send daily recurrent email to somebody else with a file attached that will be updated as well in daily basi

With this scope in mind, what is the best way to do it ? (or at least one way to do it !!

I tried to find something in the documentation, but the closer thing was to program tasks recurrentl
