Referencing Solidworks Files

I'm having a problem opening Solidworks Assemblies.

Basically the assembly says it can't find a certain part and it asks me to
find it. When I browse for the part, obviously I can't find it because it is
in the Groove Root folder.

Is there any way around this, I don't know where to go from here.

If you're using a "Standard Workspace", Windows cannot browse the directory
structure within the workspace because it is encrypted. However, Windows can
browse a "File Sharing Workspace". Both are available under Groove 3.1 and
2007.
