Reflect schedule changes for a resource on all assigned projects?

I have to manage mutliple projects that have overlapping resources. If I
change the schedule for a resource in a current project, how can I reflect
this change throughout all downstreams projects?

Hello Tee,
You can create dependancies between tasks in different projets.
Insert all the projects in a common windows
Select the task predecessor,
Press the Ctrl key
Select the successor
Click the Link Tasks button in the tool bar (small chain)
