Reformatting...need to save emails etc

Hi
I intend to format my system later today and i would like
to save all my emails to cd so as i can 'put them back'
into Outlook after i reformat. Is there a certain file i
have to burn to ensure i save all my mails. Im using
Office 2003 Pro.
