Regarding Microsoft Word

I accidently locked a file in Microsoft Word, and for some reason now i can't
open any file.I opened a file from the Internet in Word and the file was
locked. By trying to unlock it I somehow managed to lock the entire Ms
Office. How do i unlock it?
I cannot write anything, nor open any files, the keyboard is basically dead
when i get into Microsoft Word and Excel.

Hi Elena,

The "dead keyboard" in both Word and Excel sounds like Office is in reduced
functionality mode, which happens if you start either program 50 times after
installation without activating the license.

Did you activate your copy of Office? Try using the menu item Help >
Activate Product in either Word or Excel, as described here:
