Registering outlvbs.dll

I am having an issue registering outlvbs.dll. I copy the dll to the office10
folder and then try to register it. The system tells me it is not there.
Any ideas? Maybe I need to make sure other dll files are with it also? If
so, which ones? We register through command prompt DOS.

Hi Lee,
please move the DLL File into the system32 or system Folder.
After that register it!

I tried moving the file to the system32 folder, but it still says it failed
to initalize becasue it cannot be located. We are running a citrix network
using Wyse Terminal Services Clients on Server 2003 and outlook 2002 (Office
XP). We are just trying to get vbScript to work with outlook forms. I am
getting mixed reactions from people if this can be done or not. I am told if
you register this dll it will work, but I can't register the dll. Any other
ideas I apprciate it. Thanks Andreas.
