reinstall office w/out disk

[computer dummy]

did a system restore and lost word, excel, etc from desk top.
Ilooked in program files and still have the office folder with sub folders
(clip art , office11, media, etc) but can' find the exe files. For some
resone system retore will not let me return to the date I had these programs
on my desk top.
Is there ay way to restore without disk? It and more programs were lost
during move
