I with the help of Gateway wrote my hard-drive back to
zeros?(I believe is how it is said) Then I relaoded
everything. When I went to reinstall Office 2000 it
started to install I put in the 25 digit code required and
when it seemed to have finished and gave me the prompt to
restart computer I tried to but comuter locked up. So I
manually restarted. When I then went to start-programs-
access it gave me the box that this shortcut was only for
installed programs. I then at tried to reinsert disk
which then lead to a prompt that I would need to be logged
in as the same user as previously when attempted to
install. This is not the exact words but close. It
stated an error had occured when installing so I tried to
remove the program(it showed up in the Add/Remove) but it
would not let me stating that this program was not
installed. I need this program desperatly HELP! How do I
get this loaded? Thanks for any response!
