Reinstalling Office 2000

I'm trying to reinstall Office 2000 under a Windows Me.
(Office version SP3 and Windows Installer 2.0)

The message I'm getting is:
" This patch package could not be openened......."

I can not unistall (from Add/Remove software) neither
Install from my Office 2000 CD, in both cases I receive
the same message.

Please help me!!
