I regularly botch up my machine. Wvery 8 to 15 months or so. This last
time the office activation wizard denied me activation over the
internet. Called the number directed and activated over the phone. She
was nice enough, in India, no problem. Asked a few questions, e.g Did I
buy it ?not volume, hardware changes etc. Microsoft told me over the
phone a few years ago I could reinstall my Office and /or Windows as
many times as I wanted to. Is this in fact the case? anybody had
insurmoutable problems with that? Don't know what to think about the
hassle after the next reformat. Thanks
