Reinstalling Office XP Pro

I'm about to upgrade my computer with a new motherboard
and processor, which means that I have to reformat my hard
drive and reinstall all the software. Is there a proper
way to go about re-installing Office XP Pro so that
Microsoft does not think that I'm trying to use the
software illegally? How do I go about providing proof
that the original installation was erased?

Installing a new mb and cpu doesnt require, under normal circumstances, the
formating of the HD or reinstalling.
If OfficeXP complains simply use phone activation method
