Created an award certificate in Office/Word 2003, which includes a
horizontal line the width of the page (margin to margin.). Don't know how I
did it. But now I cannot remove it.
It does not show as being selected as a graphic would when you click on it,
however, the mouse pointer turns in to two small parallel lines either side
of my line, and you can move the problem line up or down about the height of
one line of text.
What is it and how can I get rid of this line. Thx
