remove attachments from email

i need to remove attachments from emails before forwarding
the emails to a second email address. i am using outlook
2000 and exchange 5.5, any idea?

Press Forward, select the attchment and hit DELETE.

i need to do it as a rule, my boss wants to have his
outlook emails forwarded to his personal email, but he
doesn't want any attachments sent as they fill up his
inbox quickly
