Remove Data From Outlook

I am planning to transfer my laptop to another staff
member and want to remove my data from Outlook so he has a
clean slate. How do I do that?

Cut and paste the Outlook.pst file to a CD-RW and remove it from the system.
Use that to open the .pst on your new system.
