remove internet mail option

I have a problem when someone loaded the initial profile
of outlook 2000. They loaded the internet mail option
first, so now can not load the exchange option. I have
tried to remove the office software and then reload to fix
the problem, with no sucess. Suggestions???

On one of the tabs of the Tools -> Options dialog (I forget which one),
there's a "Reconfigure mail support" button that will allow you to change
this.
