BY MISTAKE I PUT MY PRIMARY MAIL ADRESS IN DE NEWSGROUP,
NOW IM RECEIVING LOTS OF MAILS I DONT WANT, HOW CAN I
REMOVE IT?

Have you ever tried to put toothpaste back in the tube? It just can't be
done.

When your e-mail is 'out there' the only real cure is to change e-mail.

You can't. However, the mail will probably taper off as long as you don't
repeat the mistake.
